01 Material Composition

12mm/15mm/20mm thick acrylic face panel + stainless steel border & base plate + LED light source

02 Production & Size Requirements

Basic Size Standards

1. Minimum stroke width: ≥10mm
2. Standard font dimensions:

– Regular sans-serif English letters: over 6cm

– Artistic English fonts: ≥20cm

– Fonts larger than 70cm are not recommended for production

Border Height Standard (Wider strokes adopt taller borders)

1. 10–30cm fonts: 3–4cm border height
2. 30–60cm fonts: 4–6cm border height
3. Fonts above 60cm: 5–6cm border height

Special Process Instructions

1. For fonts over 30cm in size, side screw fastening is required to enhance structural stability.
2. Custom colors without matching finished acrylic panels will be finished via UV printing.
3. UV coloring is only applicable to 15mm thick transparent acrylic panels. Tiny screws will be exposed on the surface as transparent materials cannot cover fasteners, which is a normal craftsmanship feature.

3. Electroplated colors: Titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel
4. Vintage water-plated colors: Antique bronze, antique brass, antique copper
5. Custom baking paint: Any customized color is available according to customer-provided color swatches
6. Acrylic panels: Optional in 12mm, 15mm and 20mm thicknesses with a rich range of color options

05 Product Disadvantages

Fonts exceeding 70cm have excessive self-weight, leading to difficult installation for storefront application and higher production costs. Therefore, oversized letters are not recommended.
