1. Raw Materials

3-5mm thick acrylic board + LED strip lights + galvanized sheet / stainless steel / aluminum alloy

2. Production & Size Standards

1. Minimum stroke width: ≥2cm
2. Minimum font size

• Regular English letters: over 7cm
• Artistic English fonts: ≥20cm

1. Side frame height standard (Frame height matches font height; wider strokes need taller frames)

• 20-40cm fonts: 5cm side frame
• 40-60cm fonts: 6cm side frame
• 60-70cm fonts: 6-8cm side frame
• Fonts above 70cm: 8-10cm side frame

3. Side Frame Material & Color Options

The stainless steel side frame is 0.5-0.8mm thick, available in brushed and mirror finishes with silver as the base color.

Various coloring processes for stainless steel and rich color choices for acrylic panels:

1. Electroplating: titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel and other glossy colors
2. Water plating: vintage tones including antique bronze, antique brass and antique copper
3. Custom spray painting: any customized color is available per customer’s color chart (PANTONE & RAL color cards are acceptable)
4. Multiple acrylic panel colors are optional to meet personalized design demands (refer to acrylic color swatches)
