02 Production & Size Requirements

1. Minimum stroke thickness: ≥10mm
2. Standard font sizes

• Sans-serif English letters: over 6cm
• Artistic English fonts: ≥15cm
• Fonts larger than 120cm are not recommended. Suspended backlit letters are suggested for extra-large size demands.

1. Metal side frame thickness standard

• 10–40cm fonts: 2cm metal frame
• 40–60cm fonts: 3cm metal frame
• 60–80cm fonts: 4cm metal frame
• Fonts above 80cm: 5cm metal frame

1. Material textures: brushed stainless steel, mirror stainless steel
2. Original base color: silver
3. Electroplated colors: titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel
4. Water-plated vintage colors: antique bronze, antique brass, antique copper
5. Custom spray painting: any color available based on customer-provided color charts

04 Product Advantages

Combined metallic texture with diffused backlight presents a luxury and elegant look. It features tough metallic luster together with soft halo effect, eye-catching yet non-glare.

05 Product Disadvantages

1. Complicated materials and craftsmanship come with strict restrictions on stroke width, font size and frame height, leading to poor adaptability for special sizes and irregular shapes.
2. Not suitable for long-distance viewing, thus not recommended for faraway storefront letter signs.

06 Application Scenarios

Widely used for corporate image walls, indoor background walls, clothing stores, real estate outlets and other indoor close-range display occasions.
