02 Production & Size Requirements

Basic Size Standards

Minimum Stroke Width:
≥10mm

Standard Font Dimensions:

• Regular sans-serif English letters: over 6cm
• Artistic English fonts: ≥20cm
• Fonts larger than 70cm are not recommended for production

Border Height Standard

(Wider strokes require taller borders)

• 10–30cm fonts: 3–4cm border height
• 30–60cm fonts: 4–6cm border height
• Fonts above 60cm: 5–6cm border height

Special Process Instructions

For fonts over 30cm in size, side screw fastening is required to improve structural stability.

Custom colors without matching finished acrylic panels will be completed through UV printing.

UV coloring is only suitable for 15mm thick transparent acrylic panels. Small screws may remain visible on the surface because transparent materials cannot fully hide fasteners, which is considered a normal craftsmanship feature.

Precise size control ensures each jelly illuminated letter project maintains structural strength and consistent visual quality.
