1. Materials and Construction

Each trimless channel letter is manufactured from carefully selected materials:

• 5 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 mm thick acrylic face
• High-brightness LED strips or modules
• Galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum returns
• Low-voltage power supply and installation accessories

The acrylic face extends to the edges without a visible plastic border, creating a smooth, modern appearance.Waterproof LEDs, sealed wiring, and outdoor-rated power supplies are available for exterior installations.

2. Production and Size Standards

Minimum Stroke Width
≥2cm

Sufficient stroke width is required to accommodate the LEDs, wiring, and internal structure while maintaining uniform brightness.

Recommended Minimum Character Size

• Standard English letters: ≥ 7 cm
• Artistic or decorative English fonts: ≥ 20 cm
• Detailed logos and narrow fonts: subject to technical review

Very small characters or narrow strokes may need to be enlarged or simplified before production.

Recommended Return Depth

The return depth should be selected according to the character height and stroke width:

• Characters measuring 20–40 cm: 5 cm return depth
• Characters measuring 40–60 cm: 6 cm return depth
• Characters measuring 60–70 cm: 6–8 cm return depth
• Characters larger than 70 cm: 8–10 cm return depth

Stainless steel returns are typically manufactured from 0.5–0.8 mm thick sheets.
