As a U.S. sign-shop owner, buying 1.5-meter rooftop stainless steel letters from China can make commercial sense—but only if the factory understands that I am not purchasing ordinary letters. I am purchasing a large sign system that must arrive accurately fabricated, fit my approved installation plan, and work with a U.S. engineer, contractor, and permit process.

My concerns are practical:

  • Will the letters stay aligned after lifting to the roof?
  • Is the rear steel frame strong enough and properly detailed?
  • Will the bolt holes match the approved mounting plan?
  • How do I know the black finish will look right in daylight?

The middle arm of an E can look like it is floating. That is visually attractive, but it cannot be treated as a free-hanging piece.
