How We Research and Review
Guides are drafted from factory specifications, material data sheets and the questions our sales and engineering teams receive from global buyers. Before publication, the technical claims are checked against the product specification and the production process. Where a standard is relevant, we link to the primary source rather than relying on a summary.
Articles are updated when a material, LED system or installation method changes. The byline on each guide points to this page, and the article date shows the last update. If a reader finds an error, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us.
What We Do Not Do
We do not publish invented case studies, customer names, certification numbers or performance figures. If a project detail cannot be verified, it is left out. Product pages describe the options we can manufacture; the final specification is confirmed on the shop drawing.
Our guides are general technical guidance, not a substitute for local engineering, electrical code review or a site survey. Installation requirements vary by wall substrate, wind load and local regulations.
