A monument sign is the first thing a visitor reads when they arrive. We build it as a complete structure — base, cabinet, cladding and lighting — so the contractor on site only has to set it on the prepared foundation.

Structure and wind load

We size the internal frame, the anchor bolts and the foundation detail against the wind speed for your site, and we send a foundation drawing with the bolt positions. The concrete work is normally done locally by your contractor from that drawing.

Shipping and on-site assembly

Larger monuments ship in sections with numbered joints, matching bolts and an assembly drawing, packed in a wooden case. Most installations take one day with two people and a small crane or lift.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply the concrete foundation design?

Yes — we provide a foundation drawing with the anchor bolt positions. The concrete itself is normally poured locally from that drawing.

Can the monument sign be lit?

Yes. We offer internal halo illumination, face lit panels or external floodlighting, depending on whether power is available at the sign.

What size do you recommend?

Retail entrances are usually 1.8 m high; property and development entrances range from 1.2 m to 2.4 m depending on the setback distance.

Is there a minimum order?

10 letters. Single signs are quoted at project pricing.

How long does a monument sign take?

10-15 working days from approved artwork, plus shipping. Stone-look finishes add about a week.
