Trade pricing and minimum order
Our minimum order for trade pricing is 10 letters. The more you order, the more the unit price comes down, and the price steps are shown on the quotation rather than buried in a catalogue.
- Single unit — list price, useful for samples and testing.
- Small batch — trade tier 1, typically the level most sign companies start at.
- Repeat and project volume — project pricing agreed against your forecast.
Capacity and lead times
Our current capacity is 3,000 illuminated letters per month. The standard production time is 10-15 working days from approved artwork, plus shipping. Rush production is available at +30%. If you are ordering for a holiday season, place the order about 8 weeks ahead of the date you need it on site.
Quality control
Every order goes through the same checkpoints, and we photograph each stage so you can see the work before it ships.
- Incoming material check on acrylic sheet, LED modules and drivers.
- Letter-by-letter light test before packing.
- Aging test on the assembled sign where the order size allows it.
- Photo report sent to you for approval before the crate is closed.
Packing and shipping
- Foam wrapped, letter by letter, with mounting templates and wiring diagrams in the same crate.
- Custom wooden cases for sea freight, cartons for air and express.
- EXW, FOB or DDP — your choice when we quote. DDP means the price you see includes freight and duty.
How to open a trade account
- Send us the product types you buy most and your annual volume.
- We send a trade price list and, if useful, a sample at cost.
- Once the first order is placed we keep your specification and artwork on file for repeat orders.
